Pop 'Em Brookies is a local business in Rye, NY run by two high schoolers, Poppy Ridd and Emily Hau, who wanted to combine their love of baking with a desire to give back. Their brookies are packed with delicious brownie and cookie batter and then baked to perfection with unique flavors and personalized packaging. Please note that we only accept orders in Rye.
Our original flavors are back!!
Salted Caramel Pretzel Brookie: Enjoy rich caramel drizzled throughout and a satisfying crunch from the pretzel on top.
Fudge Brookie: Our classic flavor, brownie + cookie = brookie!
S’mores Brookie: This flavor features gooey marshmallow on top finished with a graham cracker crunch underneath.
